Lemon Recipes to enjoy anytime. I’m a huge lemon fan and if you are too you’re bound to find some new favorites.

Some of my all-time favorite recipes include lemon, and I’m always stockpiling those yellow beauties in the fridge so I have them on hand to make sauces, lemon salad dressing, cocktails like this spiked blueberry lemonade, and so much more.

Any variety of lemon will work in recipes. Meyer lemons are a hybrid, a combination of manderin orange and lemon, so they are sweeter, less tangy, and their skin is thin so they don’t offer a lot of zest. Eureka lemons are often found in grocery stores, they have a nice thick skin and are perfect for zesting. Add lemon zest to give more lemon flavor. The fresh lemon tanginess is so great to add a zing to so many recipes. I love Lemon in this white bean soup!

In baking Lemon Baking Emulsion (lemon extract) will give a nice smooth lemon flavor.
