Ham, Egg and Cheese Waffle Sandwich
I love large brunches with a a glazed ham, the sweet and savory combination is my favorite. This sandwich wraps up all the things I like together.
This all began with two hot and toasty waffles. I added to them two slices of Gouda Cheese, it melted on the hot waffles. Followed by a couple slices of Farmer John Ham, topped off with an egg. I cooked the egg mixed with a tablespoon water like an omelet in a small round shape, to fit on the sandwich.
I bet some of you have ham leftovers from Christmas dinner and this would be a perfect use for those leftovers.
Break out your waffle iron and make your favorite waffles.
Get your omelet pan ready for the eggs, slice up some ham and line up some Gouda Cheese.Then your all set to make this hearty breakfast!
