What could be cooler than strawberry shortcake,
Ice cream, of course!
I often see these sponge cake cups right next to the strawberries, they are probably there all year, but I seem to take notice them more in the summer.
I topped them with vanilla ice cream and then added strawberries and oh yea, chocolate sauce on top! YUM!
Love fresh strawberries!
oh yeah-and ice cream too.

Great idea! My grandmother always uses these for individual strawberry shortcakes. I love the idea of adding ice cream and hot sauce:)
