It’s delicious served with tortilla chips for snacking, spooned over grilled chicken or fish, or piled high on your favorite tacos for a burst of juicy flavor.

With everyday ingredients, you’ll be enjoying this salsa in no time at all.
What ingredients go into this salsa:
- pineapple- canned or fresh, chopped fine
- onion- I like white onion, use any onion variety you prefer, green onions for mild flavor
- peppers- I like using sweet peppers, red, orange, and yellow. Adding bursts of great color
- jalapeno- giving this salsa a great kick of flavor without overpowering it with spice (unless you want it super-spicy, add as much as you want)
- cilantro- deliciously fresh flavor every salsa needs!
- lime-juiced for a nice zip and contrast to the sweetness of the pineapple
- salt- coarse kosher salt

Scoop it up with your favorite chips and devour!
