Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

These are for the kid in everyone! Mini Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups. This is a quick easy treat that will have you thinking about memories of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches from the cafeteria tables as a kid to a midnight snack of a toasted PB+ J sandwich. One memory comes to mind for me, I recall my brother making some really yummy cocktail and naming it a PB+J, hmmm….I will have to ask him about that one again. It’s been about 20 years since I had one. In the meantime I’ll just have to have another one of these.

These look great. I just made no-bake PB & J thumbprints (cups) earlier in the week. I posted them on Natl Peanut Butter day in the spirit of the holiday.

I am going to ask him for it, I can’t recall what was in it. It could have even been a shot, knowing him :) but I will find out.

I love this idea!!! I’m such a peanut butter addict, and these seem so darn easy to make and to change up based on people’s tastes (hubby doesn’t like peanut butter, but I bet I could make his using sugar cookie mix instead).
