Mongolian beef is full of flavor and so irresistible.

In minutes, you can be serving this and all you’ll see is SMILES!

I have a hard time not just grabbing a fork and eating it all in the pan while standing at the counter!

This is one of my favorites!

In just a few simple steps you can make this. Coat thinly sliced beef with cornstarch, heat up you skillet and begin cooking the beef, pour on some ginger, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and chili paste with chicken broth and you’re just about done. The beef will finish cooking, the sauce will thicken and all you need to do is grab a fork!

You’ve made this look soooo tempting, we are big Chinese take out fans here, but I love that I can make this at home with really top quality ingredients, that makes all the difference.
