HOW TO RESCUE BREAD… at one time or another, we’ve all had bread we wished had not gone as stale so quickly, or we froze bread thinking it would taste good, and then it doesn’t. Well, the tip of reviving bread is wonderful, I can’t wait for you to try it.
1) Run the bread under water.
Don’t soak it all the way through like a heavy, wet sponge, but stale or frozen bread or dried-out extra-firm baguette will benefit from the added water.

Toast the bread for a few minutes, then turn it over if needed until it’s all golden and crisp on each side.
