I have made egg rolls and brushed them with oil and a silicone brush, they are ok… brush them with oil and put them in the air fryer for a crisp egg roll.

Yes, you can choose to bake them if you prefer, if you like them to crisp up a bit brush with a little oil before baking, you can also make them small in wonton wrappers as well. Another option is to “pan-fry” in a couple tablespoons oil.
