  • 1/8 teaspoon coarse black pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire, anchovy paste, egg yolk, and whisk to combine.
  • Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking quickly until the dressing thickens.
  • Whisk in cheese, salt, and pepper until it's completely combined.
