I had the bowl chilling in the refrigerator most of the day and realized how much I need another bowl for my mixer, when I was trying to make the Irish soda bread and ended up mixing that by hand.

to make it even more festive I added mini chocolate chips and some green sprinkles.
I LOVE mint milk…my mom always used to buy it around St. Patrick's day. 🙂 This shake looks great!
