I just LOVE a quick and easy meal,
this is perfect as the Chinese chicken cabbage salad
does not wilt quickly, so it’s great to make ahead of time, bring to a picnic, lunch or party.
Love this recipe.
It will last in the fridge a few days without getting soggy.
It’s quick and delicious.
1/2 head cabbage shredded
2 scallions diced
1 carrot julienned
2 cups cooked chicken diced
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 pkg dry ramen noodles broken up
1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
6T rice vinegar
1/4 cup oil (a combo of sesame oil and salad oil is great)
2T soy sauce
