Got eggs?

I often make hard boiled eggs
and love how fast and easy it is to make egg salad,
but this has the added taste of
B A C O N !

I use turkey bacon.

I mix the diced hard boiled eggs with Fage’ yogurt (I use the fat free variety, it’s a thick Greek Yogurt) and add some spicy brown mustard (Gulden’s) along with salt and pepper, then top it off with some bacon.
It makes a great sandwich, or if you’re in a hurry like me,
I eat it right out of the bowl!
