Oreo Cookies reminds me of being a kid and splitting them in half and licking the filling out then eating the cookie, well here is a new way to eat an Oreo.

You only need 3 ingredients
1 package Oreos
1 package cream cheese
1 lb. melting chocolate
crush cookies in food processor
then mix with softened cream cheese
roll into balls and refrigerate
once they are cold
heat chocolate until melted
dip balls into melted chocolate
and place on wax paper to dry
drizzle an alternate color on top
a quick and easy no bake dessert
makes 30-40 truffles
store in a refrigerator, if they last that long
