While I was at Smart and Final picking out Cattleman’s Finest Tri Tip for my entry into their recipe contest for Grill Up Your Summer, I couldn’t resist getting some top sirloin steak to make this grilled streak salad with. I marinated the streak in Balsamic vinegar and have this wonderful Balsamic Creme to top the salad off with.
The steak cooked up quick and delicious!
I boiled the beets until tender then peeled and sliced them and put them on top of leafy lettuce cucumbers and carrots, a simple salad. Great for a hot summer night.
