Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Dip
a smooth creamy peanut butter dessert dip, add mini chocolate chips or dip chocolate bars into it along with pretzels, marshmallows, peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookies, strawberries, nilla wafers or spread it on cake or banana bread
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 8 oz. room temperature cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar or 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl and mixer, whip the cream cheese until smooth, add the peanut butter, vanilla, and powdered sugar (or marshmallow fluff) until well blended.
- Serve with Pretzels, marshmallows, strawberries, and cookies and crackers. Spread it on cake or banana bread.
