Try these Spicy Beefy Meatballs with Onion Gravy, they're perfect for a cozy family dinner. Eat them on a sub, over rice, or with pasta and your favorite vegetable.

Instructions
In a medium bowl mix beef with 1 cup breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, crushed red pepper, and oregano.
Shape into two tablespoon-sized meatballs.
Heat the skillet on high and place a tablespoon of oil in the pan.
Place meatballs in the pan and cook on all sides (turn the temperature to medium). Continue cooking until they reach an internal temperature of 155 degrees.
Move the meatballs to one side of the pan.
Add the onion to the pan and stir to cook 1 minute.
Add the tablespoon of butter and flour, and stir the onions into it.
Next, in a pourable measuring cup, add the water mixed with bouillon (and crushed red pepper flakes if adding them). Whisking it to create the sauce.
Simmer the sauce over medium heat, simmering (with small bubbles). Once it thickens, turn it to low.
Roll all the meatballs into the sauce to coat them in the onion gravy.
Serve on a sub roll, over rice, or pasta. Add a vegetable, and you will have a new favorite meal for dinner that is ready in minutes.
Notes
Serve with bread, over rice or egg noodles. These make great sliders too.
