Make a fast soup. Sauté some diced carrots, onions, and celery in a tablespoon of butter. Then add 1-2 cups of shredded chicken back to the slow cooker, with the chicken broth from originally cooking the chicken, add the veggies and a handful of small pasta. Turn the slow cooker on high. In about 10-15 mintues, the pasta will be cooded, the smaller the pasta often it'll only take a few mintues to cook (check package to make the timing work) alphabets, tiny bows, angel hair pasta- broken 3" pieces, add additional chicken bouillon and when the rest of the dishes are done, it'll be ready to put into jars, containers and place in fridge. And it'll be great to have in fridge or freezer.
