making DEVILED Eggs
A deviled egg recipe that is tasty and delicious

Ingredients
for each dozen eggs, you'll use 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2
teaspoon
dry mustard, or prepared mustard
pinch
salt and pepper
Alternatively you can use all mayo
Instructions
Slice the eggs in half.
In a medium bowl, place the egg yolks of the hard boiled eggs.
Mix well with a fork or pastry cutter, or place in a food processor.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until desired smoothness.
If mixing by hand and want to remove more lumps, press the mixture through a strainer.
Place the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip, I used a #857 piping tip.
pipe mixture onto each sliced egg half, and add chopped scallions on top.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
