Cranberry Margaritas
festive holiday cranberry margaritas are flavored with fresh lime juice and cranberry juice for a bright red color and great taste.
Servings: 2 drinks
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice I use 100% juice
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice I used 4 large limes
- 4 oz Tequila
- 1 oz Cointreau
- salt for rim
- whole cranberries and limes for garnish
Instructions
- Rim the outer edge of each glass with lime and dip into salt (or coarse sugar if you like it sweet, coarse sprinkles crystals work well) place ice in each glass
- In drink shaker place ice, cranberry juice, lime juice along with Tequila and Cointreau.
- Shake well
- Pour the drink over rimmed glasses and garnish with lime and cranberries.
