basil mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 10 leaves fresh basil
Instructions
- With an immersion blender in tall cup whip oil egg yolk and lemon juice, salt and basil leaves.
