Creamy Buffalo Chicken Pasta

- 1 lb spiral pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Shred chicken into small pieces.
Mix chicken broth with cornstarch.
In a pan heat that mixture, then whisk in milk or heavy cream (I prefer heavy cream) and buffalo sauce.
Add a little salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the chicken into the sauce and simmer 2 minutes.
Add the sauce mixture to the pasta and serve with a drizzle of buffalo sauce.
