Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • tiny drop yellow food coloring

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix the powdered sugar with lemon juice and food coloring until silky smooth. Adjust the consistency with a tablespoon more powdered sugar for a thicker icing or a few drops more of lemon juice for a thinner glaze icing.
