Strawberry, Lime & Jalapeño Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked elbow pasta
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 10 strawberries cut into small slivers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 jalapeños roasted and sliced
  • 8 pieces of cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Rinse pasta in cold water.
  • Mix pasta with lime juice, olive oil salt and pepper.
  • Stir in strawberries and jalapeños.
