Eggnog Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon rum extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  • Whisk eggnog and milk and egg yolks together and cook over medium in saucepan, stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until thick. Remove from heat and stir in extracts and butter.
  • Serve warm over Eggnog French Toast.
