Drumken Rum Sauce

Ingredients

milk
2
egg yolks

oz.
rum
½
teaspoon
rum extract
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
1
tablespoon
butter
Instructions
Whisk milk, rum and egg yolks together and cook over medium in saucepan, stirring constantly about 5 minutes or until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in extracts and butter.
Serve warm over French Toast.
