Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients
1/2
cup
unsalted butter
room temperature
4
oz
cream cheese
room temperature
4 1/2
cups
powdered sugar
2
tablespoon
heavy cream
this is what makes for a super creamy whipped consistency
1
teaspoon
lemon baking emulsion
extract can be substituted
1
drop egg yellow coloring
Instructions
In mixer bowl beat butter and cream cheese until smooth
Add in sugar, heavy cream and flavor and coloring and mix on high until it's smooth creamy.
