In drink shaker fill with ice, add the juice of 1/2 a lemon (use the remaining lemon for garnish)

Add in lemon vodka, Tuaca and coconut water.

Shake to chill everything well.

Fill 2 glasses with ice, pour drink over ice and discard ice in shaker.
