2apples seededpeeled and diced ( I used granny smith)
1/2cupoatmeal
1/4teaspooncinnamon
1/2cupplain yogurtI used Greek yogurt
1frozen bananas
1cupsice or 1 more frozen banana
Instructions
Place items into blender and blend until smooth.
Notes
Frozen banana will make this drink thick. If you don't have frozen bananas, room temperature banana will do fine, ice will help the drink be cold. To make the smoothie thicker, you can add another banana, chia seeds, almond milk or coconut milk.
