Carrot Cake Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

cup
grated carrot
2 carrots
1
banana
peeled cut and frozen if not frozen add 1/2 cup ice
1
cup
almond milk
or regular milk
1-6
oz
plain yogurt
I use Fage Greek Yogurt
1/2
cup
oatmeal
I use regular oatmeal
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
1/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/8
teaspoon
nutmeg
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender or in a jar and use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
