Carrot Cake Oatmeal Smoothie

Servings: 2 smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated carrot 2 carrots
  • 1 banana peeled cut and frozen if not frozen add 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup almond milk or regular milk
  • 1-6 oz plain yogurt I use Fage Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal I use regular oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or in a jar and use an immersion blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
