Small Batch Cheese Sauce 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Franks hot sauce
  • 6 oz evaporated milk

Instructions

  • Mix all items in a small saucepan and heat until bubbly, it'll thicken as it sits. It can be made ahead and reheated easily. This recipe can also be doubled or made in larger quantities.
  • Add some more heat to it with some crushed red pepper and it's also delicious with pickled jalapeƱos added in.
