- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 oz cream cheese Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons oil avocado or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or plain yogurt
In a food processor mix the goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic, lemon juice, salt, oil, sour cream until everything is smooth and creamy.
