For 2 1/2 lbs of potatoes, I’d say it’s about 6- side servings.

Hi Diane,

This sounds amazing! One thing – the ingredients section on the recipe is empty, so no way to know how much of each ingredient. I’d love to make this for our bbq on Saturday, but not sure what to get and how many it will feed. Can you help?

never thought to do an avocado potato salad like this before, definitely perfect for summer. a recipe worth saving. thanks for the idea!
