I spent a lot of time trying different recipes looking for the perfect vanilla cake and this is it! I substitute buttermilk for the whole milk and put them in the freezer overnight for that lasting moistness. The tops taste like a sugar cookie and I always get rave reviews when I bake it. Works perfect as cupcakes too! Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!

Hi, I use all-purpose flour and vegetable oil (avocado oil or corn oil will work well too). Feel free to share with me a photo when you’re done, I’d love to see it!
