I&#039;m sure it would be cooked as well. I don&#039;t stuff the cavity, but it&#039;s a long low and slow roast, and the turkey is typically at about 200° So the stuffing will be cooked as well.]]></description>

Yes, I’ve heard back from people who used the slow overnight cooking method for turkeys in an electric roaster with great results. You can raise the temp the last hour to brown it if needed.]]></description>
