I’m so happy it worked out so well, it’ always so great when someone walks in and can just grab something new made out of leftovers. They really are easy and can make just about anything taste amazing!

Last night I made Nani’s Lemon Chicken with rice and corn on the cob. Delicious but had some leftovers. Earlier today I’m thinking about those leftovers (certainly not enough for two). I grab everything chop everything up put in a bowl, made the ‘cement’ (super important). Total of 11 empanadas, hubby walks in grabs 7, I just finished the remainder. Super easy and delicious!
