This is so pretty. My daughter would love this, as she loves anything with shrimp on it, but the fact that it looks like a gorgeous flower means it is definitely going in her birthday meal folder.

I love those red pepper flakes, I put them in everything! I don’t know why it didn’t occur to me to put them in salad dressing. It sounds delicious!

What a delicious looking salad and dressing! I think when we’re dieting, it’s really important to make the plate look appealing. As they say, we eat with our eyes first and it’s true. A visually appealing meal makes all the difference for me.

I’ve been using Greek yogurt left and right lately to substitute for heavy cream, mayonnaise and cream cheese and it works so well. This dressing sounds fantastic Diane.
