Yes, you can freeze this soup. You can freeze it in plastic or glass containers, or plastic bags. Don’t fill all the way to the top as often when things freeze they expand a little, so allow at least 2 inches of space. It’s best consumed within 3 months. I most often freeze soup in 16 oz glass canning jars. I then thaw them in the fridge overnight and heat them up the next day for a meal or put them in a thermos for on the go eating.
