Like most baked/cooked items like this, 1-2 days on counter, then fridge. With options to freeze if needed.

As shown I baked 4 large scones in a 10” cast iron skillet. You can really make the scones any size you’d prefer, so 8 medium scones, 16 small more bite size scones. The smaller you cut them, adjust for less baking time as they’ll bake faster, same goes for if you make the scones thinner.
