Overfilling or wrapping too tightly, or not having room for some expansion will likely have them open, if it&#039;s the seam that opens try a flour+water (like glue thickness) mixture to seal them better, keep the wrappers moist don&#039;t let them dry out when you open the package, drape with a damp paper towel, and only take a few out at a time to wrap, should help.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Salmon has always been my favorite and I asked my wife to make these for me and I&#039;m so glad I did, she&#039;s a great cook and said the recipe was straight forward, we both liked the eggrolls and she said she&#039;ll make them often! I do not think they would be so good, just like anything fried it&#039;s best freshly fried. you could bake them, then reheat them in the oven, otherwise frying them will result in a soggier, greasier item when reheated. To bake them simply use a brush to apply a little on to them, then bake at 400° until they are golden.]]></description>
