I use dry buttermilk in many recipes. You can add water to it to make buttermilk, so any recipe requiring buttermilk. Great for sauces, Scones, Pancakes. I’ve been using it for at least 20 years and always have it on hand.

What a fun twist on fudge. I love that you added buttermilk to this. I keep some powdered stuff in the cupboard all the time. I think it’s great for so many things, but never thought to add it to fudge. The tang must be awesome!
