sorry about that error, yes the three cups is flour. I adjusted the recipe to reflect the correct item, thanks so much for bringing the error to my attention!

I assume the 3 cups of powdered sugar listed in the ingredients is supposed to read 3 cups flour? Thanks for the great recipes!
