Hi there, I just made this recipe for a pumpkin cookoff we are having at work and the feedback is tremendous. The only recommendation I have is to include in the recipe instructions when to add the arborio rice. The instructions do not list this anywhere and it wasn’t until I was at step #5 when I realized I should have put the arborio rice in already.

Just incredible sounding AND looking! We make a butternut squash and sausage risotto every so often that is a family fave, I think this one needs to happen here asap!
