I do not offer nutritional information on my recipes, so I’m not sure where you are finding such info. If you’ve looked it up and entered it in a calorie calculator then my guess would be it’s somewhat accurate, but my opinion on desserts is: consume them in moderation if you are watching calories or you weight. But happy you had fun calculating all the info. I don’t think anyone who is watching calories thinks fried funnel cake is item to make if you ask me 🙂 Happy Cooking!

You say I use 1.5 cups of flour. Flour is 455 Calories per cup, or 683 calories in 1.5 cups.

683 divided by 8 is almost 86 calories by itself… And that’s just the flour… I don’t understand.
