Hi Jennie, I have not frozen this pie. But if you’d like to, allow it to cool completely, then wrap it in plastic wrap then foil, to ensure the crust is protected and doesn’t get bumped into while freezing, or place in the fridge overnight and double wrap in plastic and place in freezer (in the pie dish). Thaw in the fridge overnight to ensure it has enough time to thaw before serving.
