This frosting is half butter and half cream cheese, so there is less &quot;yellow&quot; than if it were all butter. Different butter brands have a different amount of yellow in them so it does vary. If you want to be sure the frosting is &quot;white&quot; add some White Food coloring to it, Americolor is a brand I use when needing white frosting or icing. It&#039;s available at baking supply stores and online. But I didn&#039;t have to add any to this recipe or I would have mentioned it. It does depend on the color of the butter typically, but white food coloring is so great for a white-white look.]]></description>
