You can start with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, depending on how thick you’d like the sauce you can add more, or if it’s thick after simmering it, thin it with a little water. All sauces can easily be adjusted to the desired consistency you’d prefer.

Nice recipe but it doesn’t have a measurment for the cornstarch so had to find another recipe.
