					<description><![CDATA[I love oatmeal too.  As a matter of fact, my favortie cookie is called a monster cookie only because of how big you are supposed to make it.  You are supposed to use a healthy 1/4 c of dough per cookie...however, I use a medium cookie scoop.  There is no flour in my cookie recipe which makes it good for gluten compromised people.  It has a lot of peanut butter, in it, and chocolate chips and m and ms....but because it has 4 1/2 C of oatmeal....I feel it is healthy enough to eat with my yogurt for breakfast. Your oatmeal recipe options sure cover it all.  PS...my favorite pizza crust to make has ground oatmeal in it.  From a little cookbook Quaker oatmeal put out eons ago.]]></description>
