Tiffany is home-schooled so I don’t have to figure out what I’m going to put in her lunch box, but I’m pretty sure she won’t mind if we take a break to make these cookies.

I struggle all the time to come up with great food for lunches for my kids. I bet they would be thrilled to find these cookies in their lunch though!

I agree on all counts…oatmeal and chocolate chip is the best cookie combination ever, and it’s WAY too early for back to school. These cookies look great, and I’ve never thought of using a cookie cutter for this kind of cookie, that makes them extra lunch box worthy!
