This is the best recipe. I have made it many times, and all sizes from rolls to large round loaves. I'm so glad I found this. I don't prefer sourdough, and this bread tastes amazing! And this method is so simple! Thanks

For small rolls check at the 30 minute mark. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes if they need more time or to become more golden in color. (they should feel light not heavy as if all the moisture has baked out of them) for the two loaves they'll take close to an hour, 30 minutes covered, 30 minutes uncovered (I typically check them after 20 minutes to see how golden they are and how they feel. One batch of dough will make 1 large loaf, or two smaller loaves, or 1 small loaf plus 6 rolls.
