Excellent! Loved everything about these. I used regular sized mason jar lids and smaller marshmallows.

Just like any fresh baked item, the sooner you serve it the better. If you want to prep the crust and filling ahead of time they would be fine making them about 5 days ahead and do the marshmallows the day before that would be my best suggestion. Here are my Lemon Blueberry cakes in jar lids https://www.createdby-diane.com/2018/03/blueberry-banana-mini-cakes.html and these Fruit Pie Cookies can be baked in jar lids too and you can make a variety of fruit flavors https://www.createdby-diane.com/2012/06/cherry-pie-cookies.html. You can bake any variety of cake in them as well. Also flan/custard can be made in them.

How long will these last? Thinking about making for a wedding with ball jar theme. Any other ideas you have for desserts in lids besides pies?
